Terms and Conditions

Below are some general conditions of our service that you should be aware of. By signing up for our service you agree to the following:

Minimum Dry-Cleaning Order

There is a $15 dollar minimum for all dry-clean only orders. There is no minimum dry-cleaning order if you purchase a wash-n-fold order simultaneously.

Minimum Wash & Fold Order

There is a $20 dollar minimum for all Wash & Fold orders.

Customer Default Fee

If you are not able to leave your clothes out for pick-up, you can contact us via email by 4:00 p.m. of the scheduled pick-up day. If you schedule a pick-up or delivery and forget to leave your clothes outside, or if we are unable to access your clothes, your order will be refunded except for a five dollar ($5) “Customer Default Fee” to offset costs that we incur.

Replacement Policy

Any lost items must be reported withing 5 business days. Tidy Suds makes its best reasonable effort to track every item that we process and will review all lost items claims on a case by case basis. Any items determined to have been lost by Tidy Suds will be reimbursed, at our sole discretion, in accordance with the Fair Claims Guide of the International Fabricare Institute and shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition.

If you wish you can submit a clothing inventory sheet with each order (which can be obtained after your login). Simply fill it out and leave a copy with us and we will document each article of clothing that we process in your order.

Loose Items

We try as hard as possible to track loose items with each order. However, we are not responsible for loose items such as jewelry, watches, cash, detachable buttons, cufflinks, liipstick, gum, pens, etc. We request that customers empty pockets prior to leaving items with us as we can not be held responsible for damage to your garments from items left in pockets.

Damaged Clothing Policy

For wash-n-fold orders, we strive to ensure that all of your clothing is properly processed to your specifications and, in general, the customer is responsible for the clothing items that are placed in the wash-n-fold order bag and agrees to have it cleaned “as-is” by Tidy Suds. We cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or development of small holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. We can not guarantee against color loss, color bleeding, and shrinkage; or against damage to weak and tender fabrics.

In the unusual event that any of the clothing that you submitted to us for dry-cleaning or wash-n-fold service is damaged and is deemed, at our sole discretion, to be our responsibility, we will reimburse you according to the Fair Claims Guide by the International Fabricare Institute. Our liability with respect to damaged items will not exceed ten (10) times our charge for processing it.

Turnaround Time

Service days and turnaround time vary by location. Tidy Suds will make its best reasonable effort to adhere to our service schedule, however, we do not guarantee turnaround times and assume no responsibility for any damages that may occur due to a delay in service.
